2015 Daniel Boone Royalty Leading Candidates Week 1

The GFWC KY Barbourville Junior Woman’s Study Club is happy to announce this week’s leading candidates for the 2015 Daniel Boone Festival Royalty Race. This will be the first week for leading candidates.

In the miniature queen race, the leading candidate is Bethany Judith Grace Shoupe. Bethany is the daughter of Enesel Shoupe

and Gilbert Shoupe of Barbourville. Bethany attends Central Elementary School where she is enjoying being in kindergarten. Her hobbies include riding her bicycle, reading, writing, playing outside and playing with her dolls. Bethany’s future plans are to finish school.

In the miniature king race, the leading candidate is Ethan Wayne Shoupe. Ethan is the son of Enesel Shoupe and Gilbert Shoupe of Barbourville. Ethan attends Central Elementary School where he is enjoying being in kindergarten. His hobbies include riding his bicycle, playing ball and watching movies. Ethan’s future plans are to finish school.

 

In the princess race, the leading candidate is Anna Catherine Siler. Anna is the

daughter of Jimmy and Lisa Siler of Barbourville. Anna attends Barbourville Middle School where she is a member of the choir, Girl Scouts and First Priority. Her hobbies include singing, camping, writing and playing the piano. Anna’s future plans are to attend Union College and become a teacher and/or an author.

In the queen race, the leading candidate is Ashley Mills. Ashley is the daughter of Gary and Teresa Mlls of Barbourville. Ashley attends Barbourville High School. Her hobbies include hanging out with her friends, farming and spending time with her family. Ashley’s future plans are to attend LMU and launch a career in veterinary medicine.

The Daniel Boone Festival Royalty Coronation will be held Monday, October 5, at 7:00 pm, at Knox County Middle School. Everyone is invited to attend. Admission is $3.00. The GFWC Kentucky Barbourville Junior Woman’s Study Club would like to thank everyone for their continuing support.
