Arraignment set for driver in fatal Highway 11 crash

Charges are now pending on a particular individual in correlation to a fatal crash that happened on the night of December 18.

Amber Hacker, 20, of Williamsburg, was traveling south on KY N11 when the vehicle crossed the center line, struck the guardrail, crossed back across both lanes, exited the roadway, collided with a rock embankment, overturned, and then came to rest on its top back in the south bound lane.

During the accident, it was determined that there were five people in the vehicle, none of which were wearing seatbelts.
