Students across Knox County flocked to the Extension Office pavilion on April 20 to take part in the fourth annual Knox County Farm Bureau Agriculture ‘Ag’ Day. At the event, participants chewed the cud with experts in the industry and learned about the impact agriculture has in Knox County as it continues to evolve.
“[This event provides] exposure to agriculture in Knox County...it is very important,” said KFB County President Cloyce Hinkle. “It’s very important that the young kids see some of this and get exposed to it. We want it to be a fun event [and] an educational opportunity.”
