George Marcum, James Wyatt, John C. Mills and Lonnie J. Sturdivant were indicted for the murder of Ryan Roley in December 2012.
Marcum entered into a plea deal with the commonwealth’s attorney and is now serving a 10-year sentence in exchange for agreeing to testify truthfully at Monday’s trial.
However, the trial has been once again postponed.
In a motion Friday, to which the commonwealth’s attorney did not agree, the judge agreed to a continuance.
Another pre-trial has been scheduled for April 2 at 9 a.m.
