Four arrested for manufacturing meth

On Oct. 20, at 2:46 p.m. KSP Trooper Chad Gregory, Post 10 Harlan, made a routine traffic stop on a 1996 Ford F-150 on Standard Avenue in Knox County.

Tpr. Gregory arrested the truck’s four occupants after finding items to manufacture meth in the back of their pickup.

The driver, Brian S. Smith, 32, of Corbin, was arrested, along with Casey M. Smith, 33, of Woodbine, Pamela S. Hensley, 31, and Anthony W. Martin, 27, both of Corbin.

All were charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of meth precursors, and possession of a controlled substance and lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

Tpr. Gregory is continuing the investigation. Tpr. Desmond Brittle from Post 10 also assisted with the traffic stop.
