The Knox County Grand Jury returned the following indictments on Friday, June 26:
•Gracie Gabbard, a.k.a. Gracie Jones, Gracie Phillips, 42, receiving stolen property of the value of $500 or more, but less than $10,000.
•Amanda Beth Cox, 34, of Rockholds, second degree robbery.
•Shane Collins, 28, of Artemus, receiving stolen property of the value of $500 or more, but less than $10,000.
•Steve Garland, 54, of Girdler, theft by unlawful taking of the value of $500 or more, but less than $10,000, third degree criminal trespass, theft by deception of the value of less than $500, resisting arrest, failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation, and first degree persistent felony offender.
•Derrick A. Grubb, 28, of Hinkle, and Rebecca R. Grubb, 26, of Hinkle, manufacturing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of methamphetamine precursors, and second degree persistent felony offender.
•Brandon Bledsoe, 35, of Barbourville, second degree escape, operating a motor vehicle without an operator’s license, second degree driving a motor vehicle while license is revoked or suspended for driving under the influence, failure to produce insurance card, operating a vehicle with no or expired registration plate, no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, giving a police officer a false name or address, and second degree persistent felony offender.
•Dustin J. Williams, 21, of Flat Lick, two counts of first degree assault.
•Betsy Cecil, 39, of Barbourville, first degree bail jumping.
