Indictments

The Knox County Grand Jury handed down the following indictments on May 26.:

• William Billy Fore Jr.,29, of Woodbine, was indicted on one count of Harassing Communications by intentionally intimidating, harassing, annoying or alarming Jessica Wynn.

• Kimberly Helton, 30, of Barbourville was indicted on one count of Recieving Stolen Property of the Value of Less than 500$ by knowingly and unlawfully recieving and possesing tools and other items which had been stolen.

• Billy J. Hibbard, 25, of Barbourville, and Amy G. Wagers, 35, of Barbourville, were indicted on one count of first offense Manufacturing Methamphetamine and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hibbard was also indicted on one count of first degree Persistent Felony offender. Wagers was also indicted on one count of second degree persistent felony offender.

• Arthur Vaughn, 31, of Barbourville and Faith Vaughn, 31, of Barbourville were indicted on two counts of first degree Unlawful Transaction with a Minor, one count of second degree Unlawful Transaction with a Minor and one count of first degree Sexual Abuse.

• Betsy Cecil, 40, of Barbourville was indicted on one count of first degree Possesion of a controlled substance, one count of third degree possession of a controlled substance, and one count of Public Intoxication.

• Daniel Edwards, 33, of Bimble, Rodney Gray, 30, of Barbourville, and Michael Gray, 28, of Swan Pond, were indicted on one count of first degree Robbery, one count of fourth degree Assault, and one count of third degree Terroristic Threatening. Edwards was also indicted on one count of first degree Persistent Felony Offender. Gray was also indicted on two counts of second degree Persistent Felony Offender.

• Douglas Fugate, 32, of Himyar was indicted on one count of Flagrant Non Support by failing to make court ordered child support payments to his infant children, Jasmine Fugatem John Fugate, and Marie Fugate and averaging $1000 or more.

• Wendy Vanover, 31, of Barbourville was indicted on one count of Theft by Unlawful Taking of the Value of less than $500 and one count of Public Intoxication.

• Frankie Hooker, 41, of Barbourville was indicted one one count of first degree of Promoting Contraband, one count of first degree Possession of a Controlled Substance and one count of possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

• Franklin Senters, 49, of Trosper was indicted on one count of third or subsequent offense of Driving a Motor Vehicle while License is Revoked or suspended for Driving Under the Influence, by operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants.
