ProSphere, an information technology and support company, might be new to the area but has already opened up possibilities for those close to home and across the nation.
It took three years for ProSphere to win a government contract but once they received word, plans started moving quickly to open a branch in Barbourville, bringing approximately 100 new jobs to the area so far. When asked why they chose Barbourville, CEO Roger Blevins stated the people and endless possibilities were major contributing factors.
“Thank you for making us feel from the first day we kind of landed here welcome to the state, welcome to your community. You have been, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the greatest group of people to work with,” said Blevins.
