Are you one of the typical procrastinators of the world? Well, time is certainly running out, at least for this year. To help you get those last minute chores done, the Mountain Advocate has collected a listing of Knox County offices and the hours they will be closed for both the Christmas and New Year holidays:

Christmas Week

County Clerk: closed at noon Dec. 24 and be closed all day Dec. 26 and 27.

Judge-Executive: closed Dec. 24, 25, 26.

Knox County Health Department: closed at noon Dec. 24, closed all day Dec. 26, 26

Post Office: closed at noon Dec. 24, closed all day Dec. 25.

Knox County Public Library: closed all day Dec. 24-28.

Family Support and Protection and Permanency (Social Services): closed Dec. 25 and 26.

PVA: closed at noon Dec. 24, closed all day Dec. 25, 26.

Knox County Attorney: closed at noon Dec. 24, closed all day, Dec. 25, 26.

KCEOC: closed all day Dec. 24, 25, 26.

Knox County courts: closed at noon Dec. 24, closed all day Dec. 25, 26.

Dept. for Family and Children: closed Dec. 24, 25.
