On July 23, Deputy Claude Hudson responded to report of a possible fugitive at the Open Arms Homeless Shelter in Corbin. During his processing, the administration discovered that there could be an active fugitive warrant on a shelter resident, Cameko James. Deputy Hudson verified that there was an active warrant on him. Deputy Hudson arrested Cameko James, age 36, of Corbin, on a Fugitive Warrant from the state of Illinois on a parole violation charge. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On July 27, Deputy Claude Hudson arrested Travis Marcum, age 29, of Bimble , on a Knox County Bench warrant on a Child Support charge. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On July 27, Deputy Claude Hudson arrested Karen Abner, age 42, of Girdler, on a Knox County Bench warrant for Probation Violation on a Burglary 2nd Degree charge. Karen Abner was also wanted on a Knox County Bench warrant for failure to appear on charges of Assault 4th Degree. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On July 28, Deputy Claude Hudson arrested Melissa Mills, age 40, of Barbourville, on a Knox County Bench warrant for Contempt of Court and a Laurel County Bench warrant for failure to appear on Reckless Driving, No Operators License and DUI charges. Melissa was also wanted on a Laurel County Bench warrant for Violation of Conditional Release on the same charges. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On July 28, Deputy Jason Carmack arrested Tammy Simpson, age 46, of Barbourville, on a Knox County Arrest warrant for Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree. Tammy Simpson was also wanted on a Knox County Bench warrant for failure to pay fines on Shoplifting, Resisting Arrest and Criminal Trespassing 3rd Degree charges. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On July 29, Deputy Keith Liford arrested Timothy Smith, age 27, of Bimble, on a Madison County Arrest warrant on a Criminal Possession of Forged Instrument 2nd Degree charge. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On July 29, Deputy Keith Liford arrested Stephen Mertz, age 21, of Corbin, on a Branch County Michigan bench warrant for a Probation Violation charge. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On July 29, Deputy Keith Liford was dispatched to a domestic violence complaint on Dripping Springs Road in Hinkle. After Deputy Liford arrived and conducted an investigation, he arrested Kimberly Shirley, age 31, of Hinkle, charging her with Assault 4th Degree and Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree. She was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On July 29, Deputy Jason Carmack arrested Darin Scott Evans, age 40, of Corbin, at the Junction of Watch Road and US 25E charging him with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On July 30, Deputy Claude Hudson arrested Eric Miller, age 34, of Pineville , on a Kentucky Parole Board warrant for Parole Violation charges of Absconding Parole Supervision and Failure to Complete Treatment for Substance Abuse. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On July 30, Deputy Keith Liford arrested Lacy Messer, age 38, of Artemus, charging her with Public Intoxication and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On July 30, Deputy Keith Liford was responded to a domestic violence complaint on Hazel Fork Road in Gray. Deputy Liford arrested Johnny Bowling, age 30, of Gray, charging him with Assault 4th Degree and Terroristic Threatening 3rd Degree. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On July 30, Deputy Keith Liford received a call of shots being fired on Helton Branch Road in Gray. After Deputy Liford interviewed the victim, he arrested Mark Estridge, age 37, of Gray, charging Him Wanton Endangerment 2nd Degree. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On July 31, Deputy Mikey Ashurst received a complaint of a physical altercation fighting on 233 in Gray. When Deputy Ashurst arrived, he observed a male holding a female by the hair striking her. When Deputy Ashurst exited his cruiser and ordered the male to stop, the man fled into the woods. Deputy Ashurst caught up with arrested Joshua Lawson, age 31of Gray, charging him with Assault 4th Degree, Fleeing or Evading Police on Foot, Resisting Arrest and Public Intoxication. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.

On July 31, Court Security Officer William Hamilton arrested Jerry Wyatt, of Gray, on a Knox County Indictment warrant for Flagrant Non Support. He was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
