On January 15, 2015 Knox County Deputy Sheriff Keith Liford responded to a complaint of a stolen I Phone on Evergreen Rd. in Flat Lick, KY. Deputy Liford located the I Phone at another residence in Flat Lick. While returning the I Phone Deputy Liford was advised that John Hubbard had taken several pills and was extremely intoxicated. Deputy Liford located John Hubbard age walking on Evergreen Rd. Deputy Liford arrested John Hubbard age 28 of Flat Lick for Public Intoxication/ Controlled Substance and lodged him in the Knox County Detention Center.

On January 15, 2015 Knox County Deputy Claude Hudson responded to a complaint of two dogs inside a chain link fence without any type of shelter on KY 718 in Flat Lick KY. Deputy Hudson had responded to this location on October 16, 2014 regarding the same type complaint. During the October 16 complaint the dog owner that a shelter would be provided for the dogs. On the January 15 call, Deputy Hudson observed that there was still no shelter and the dogs were not being properly cared for. Deputy Hudson cited the Andrew Couch age22 to Knox District Court for Cruelty to Animals. The two Dogs were seized by a Animal Control Officer.

While returning the IPhone Deputy Liford was advised that John Hubbard had taken several pills and was extremely intoxicated. Deputy Liford located John R. Hubbard walking on Evergreen Road. Deputy Liford arrested John R. Hubbard for Public Intoxication/ Controlled Substance and lodged him in the Knox County Detention Center.
