Kentucky State Police, Post 10 Harlan received an anonymous tip Saturday that drug activity was taking place at a residence on Hubbard Branch Road in Scalf.
After arriving on the scene and locating the owner, Troopers located 456 pain pills, 149 suboxone strips, syringes, a large amount of cash and a loaded handgun.
Trooper Chad Gregory arrested Jennifer Mills, 25, of Scalf and Johnny Mills, 43, of Scalf.
They were charged with trafficking a controlled substance, trafficking Legend drugs, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance not in its proper container.
Both were arrested and lodged in the Knox County Detention Center
Tpr. Gregory is continuing the investigation. He was assisted at the scene by Tpr. Desmond Brittle, and Tpr. Josh Messer.
