Sheriff needs help with store burglary

On Wednesday 01-13-16 at approximately 3:40 am, Knox County Sheriff’s Deputy Mikey Ashurst responded to an alarm at B&H Shoe Store on US 25E in Corbin. Upon  his arrival, he discovered the front door glass of the business had been busted out with a rock.

It is believed two male subjects with their faces covered entered the store taking items of merchandise then quickly exiting the store.

Deputy Ashurst is conducting an investigation and asks if anyone has information concerning this burglary to contact the Knox County Sheriff’s Office at 546-3181. Deputy Ashurst  was assisted at the scene by Corbin City Police Officers.
