The new permit number will be 861-0586. The operation disturbs 5.2 Acres and underlies 0 acres. No new acreage is affected by this transfer.
The operation is located 0.3 miles Southwest of Bryants Store, Knox County, Kentucky. The operation is located approximately 0.07 miles Northwest of KY Route 1809’s junction with County Road 1229 and located on the waters of Fawn Branch and Little Poplar Creek. Written comments or objections must be filed with the Director, Division of Mine Permits, 300 Sower Blvd., Frankfort, Kentucky 40601. All comments, objections, or requests for a permit conference must be received wtihin fifteen (15) days of today’s date.
