Funeral services for Tiffany Roxanne Lynn Botkins will be held on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at 2:00 P.M in the chapel of The Barbourville Funeral Home. Brother Glen Collins will be officiating. Interment will follow in the Goldens Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M until 9:00 P.M at The Barbourville Funeral Home on Saturday, July 25, 2026.
Tiffany Roxanne Lynn Botkins age 44, of Manchester, Kentucky, departed this life on Monday, July 20, 2026, at the Advent Health in Manchester, Kentucky. She was of the Baptist faith.
Tiffany was born on December 1, 1981, in Pineville, Kentucky to Charles Larry and Susan Summers Henderson.
Tiffany was preceded in death by her father; Charels Larry Henderson.
Tiffany leaves behind her fiancé of two years, Leslie Henson, one son, Cameron Botkins, her mother, Susan Henderson, five brothers; Joe Jr “JJ” Partin and fiancé Judy Smith, Michael Partin and Cordie Smith, James Partin, Austin Summers, William Ray Summers, one sister; Tabitha Henderson, one niece; Jada Smith, one nephew; Skylar Bray, an ex-husband, Shane Botkins, along with other family and friends to miss her and to mourn her passing.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
