Three people are facing multiple drug charges, including importing heroin, after police found them injecting drugs in the Pizza Hut parking lot.
On May 6, the Barbourville City Police Officers Adam Townsley and Robert Brown were dispatched to Pizza Hut in response to a complaint. Brad Garland, 39, of Deoria, Il, Larry James Eller, 37, of Mountain City, Tn, and Meleigha Kathleen Widener, 21, of Mountain City, Tn, were in a car in the parking lot injecting drugs by needle.
According to the arrest citations, along with the loaded syringes, several types of unspecified medications, legend drugs, scales and $638 cash, police found large quantiles of drugs, including the following:
Suspected morphine tablet.
Suspected Hydrocodone tablet.
Suspected Clonazepam tablets.
Suspected Xanax Tablets.
