Union students asking for community’s help

Two Union College students are reaching out to the community for help with a project they have started on their own.

Paige Jacobs, a junior from Alabama, and Jordan Brayton, a senior from Florida, are teaming up to help meet needs in local schools with a project they are calling “Bundles of Joy.”

With this project, Jacobs and Brayton are gathering clothes for cold weather such as jackets, coats, boots, and other cold weather apparel. Once they have collected these items, they will begin handing them out to kids in need at local schools.
