Voices shine at Barbourville Schools’ Spring Concert

Students dusted off their vocal cords for Barbourville Independent’s annual Spring Concert on May 17.

Held at Union College’s Conway Boatman Chapel, elementary, middle and high school choir students displayed their various talents, some even earning a solo performance. In total, students sang an array of songs, including hits from popular movies such as “Tarzan” and “Zootopia.” At the end of the program, the middle and high school choirs joined for one final song, “Finding Neverland.” Alumni singers then joined the choir, rounding out the event with “The Lord Bless You and Keep You.”
