‘Art For A Paws’ Raises Nearly $2,500 for Knox-Whitley Humane Assoc.

The Knox-Whitley Humane Association's second annual Art for a Paws event raised nearly $2,500 for the organization Saturday evening at the Tri-County Elks Lodge in Corbin.
The fundraiser featured works from local artists, with proceeds from donations going directly to the humane association's facility.
Association officials thanked Kellene Turner, Emily Callahan and the volunteers who helped organize the event, as well as the artists who contributed their work to the cause.
"We are truly grateful for our community who always shows up in a big way to help our community's homeless pets in need," association officials said in a statement on its Facebook page.
