Billy’s One Stop recently held its annual “Coffee With A Trooper” event, in reference to nationally recognized “Coffee With A Cop,” on October 1, to share an early morning with Kentucky State Police Post 10 and Commercial Vehicle Enforcement, Barbourville Police Department. This event has helped to build trust and form a sense of community between locals and state officials since 2011. “Coffee With A Cop” has worked to discuss community issues and connect with residents over a cup of coffee in both huge cities and small towns.
