Southeast Financial Services Inc. celebrated the grand opening of its new office in Barbourville with a Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting attended by Chamber representatives and local officials. The lending firm relocated from its former location on U.S. 25E between Spur Oil #1 and Savealot to the space that once housed Knox Street Tattoo on Knox Street.
