Mr. Ronald Dean Neal, age 67 was born in Biloxi, MS on January 12, 1959 to the late William and JoAnn Runion Neal and departed this life on October 17, 2026 at 5:00 pm at the Laurel Creek Nursing Home peacefully in his bed.
Ronald is preceded in death by his parents: William and JoAnn Neal, his sister Sandy, his grandson Chase Neal, and his aunt Loretta.
Ronald leaves behind to mourn his passing his daughter: Ronni Hicks and husband Norman and their children Alesha and Cameron Hicks; 2 sons: Tony Neal, and Cory Neal and 6 more grandchildren; a sister: Sharon Simpson; a brother: Tony Neal; 2 lifelong best friends: Rejeana Works, and Tammy Stephenson; and a host of other relatives and many other friends.
Funeral Services for Mr. Ronald Dean Neal will be conducted in the Barbourville Funeral Home Manchester Chapel on Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 7:00 pm. Burial will be private to the family. The Barbourville Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Friends will be received at the Barbourville Funeral Home Manchester Chapel on Wednesday from 6 pm to the funeral hour at 7.
