Knox County Middle School basketball coaches Brad Marsee and Jacob Lindsay recently hosted the Panthers Skills Academy youth basketball camp. Campers spent two days developing their basketball skills, learning fundamentals, competing in contests, and having fun with fellow players from across the community.
A special highlight of the camp was the participation of Knox Central High School head basketball coach Tony Patterson and several Panther players, who volunteered their time to work with the young athletes.
At the conclusion of camp, each participant received a medal and certificate recognizing their hard work and effort. The camp would also like to extend a special thank you to McKeehan Brother Trucking for their generous support in ensuring every camper received a camp T-shirt.
The Panthers Skills Academy was a great success, and coaches Marsee and Lindsay appreciate the support from players, parents, volunteers, and sponsors who helped make the event a memorable experience for all involved.
