A second person has been arrested on charges related to the arrest Sunday of a Barbourville man charged with harboring pornographic material depicting of a minor.
Rachel Baker, 22, of Bimble, was arrested Monday, May 4, 2026 and charged with Possession of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor under the age of 12 and Distribution of Matter Portraying the Sexual Performance by a Minor under the age of 12 following the arrest of a Knox County man on Sunday.
Bradley Kyle Yeager, 35, was arrested Sunday and charged with Possession of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by Minor Under 12 Years of Age and Procure or Promote Use of Minor by Electronic Means.
Yeager was arrested following an investigation by the Barbourville Police Department and Laurel County Schools after explicit photos of an underage female were requested by a Laurel County school system employee, where he was a teacher and swim coach.
Yeager was arrested and charged with Possession of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by Minor Under 12 Years of Age and Procure or Promote Use of Minor by Electronic Means.
A statement from Barbourville Police Department Chief Adam Townsley stated that during the investigation, evidence was obtained resulting in the execution of a search warrant at Yeager’s residence.
Yeager remains incarcerated in the Knox County Detention Center where he is held pending an arraignment scheduled for Monday, May 4. He is held on a $50,000 cash plus home incarceration bond and is scheduled to appear in Knox District Court on May 12.
Baker was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center. Further information was not available Monday evening.
The ongoing investigation was conducted by Chief Adam Townsley, PTL. Chase Henson, and Laurel County Schools Police Chief Jessie Williams. The Barbourville Police Department was assisted in the execution of the search warrant by the Knox County Sheriff’s Office.
