Knox Grand Jury returns indictments

The Knox County Grand Jury returned the following indictments on Friday, July 26, 2024:

Richard Andrew Vance, Lexington, one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance. one count of third degree possession of a controlled substance.

Bethany Nicole Bruner, Gray, one count of flagrant non support.

Cody Jacob Poff, Corbin, one count of first degree possession of a controlled substance.

Stephen Todd Herring, Corbin, one count of flagrant non support.

William Nicolas Collins, Hinkle, three counts of first degree wanton endangerment, one count of first degree fleeing or evading police, one count of driving a motor vehicle while license is revoked or suspended for driving under the influence third offense,one count of first degree persistent felony offender.

Austin Nathaniel Summers, Barbourville, three counts of first degree rape, three counts of first degree sodomy, three counts of first degree sexual abuse, six counts of third degree rape, three counts of third degree sodomy, one count of prohibited use of electronic means to induce a minor to engage in sexual or prohibited activities, one count of distribution of obscene matter to a minor.

Sheila L. Tigue, Flat Lick, one count of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance, one count of third degree trafficking in a controlled substance, one count of failure to wear a seat belt.

Earl Scott Stevens, Manchester, one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, one count of first degree trafficking in a controlled substance, one count of rear license plate not illuminated, one count of failure to wear a seat belt, one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants second offense.

Lawrence Taylor Stephenson, Corbin, one count of first degree bail jumping, one count of first degree persistent felony offender.
