REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Knox County Fiscal Court is requesting proposals from all interested providers to migrate to a .gov domain. Proposals will be accepted in the Office of Michael N. Mitchell, Knox County Judge/Executive until 10:00 a.m., EDT August 9th, 2024, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud.

Request for Proposal (RFP) packets may be obtained in the Knox County Judge/Executive’s Office from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or by calling (606) 546-6192 and requesting a digital copy beginning August 1st, 2024.

All proposals must be received in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with SEALED PROPOSAL FOR SLCGP-RFP . The name of the provider submitting the proposal must appear on the outside of the envelope. Questions must be submitted by email directly to Maria Swafford, Special Projects Coordinator, specialprojects@barbourville.com. Responses to questions will be provided to all bidders, if requested by email. Knox County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any and all bids. FFY 2023 State and Local Cybersecurity Grant Program funds will be utilized for this project. BID NOTICE

The Knox County Fiscal Court will be accepting sealed bids on a New Chevrolet Tahoe. Bid Packets will be available August 2, 2024 in the Knox County Judge Executives Office.

Bid packets will be opened on August 12, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. in the Knox County Judge Executive’s Office 401 Court Square, Suite 6, Barbourville, KY 40906.

Knox County Fiscal Court reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive all formalities in bidding process and negotiate with the apparent low bidder.

The City of Barbourville will be accepting sealed bids for labor for hanging and finishing of sheetrock for the police department building. Bid packets can be picked up at City Hall, 1957 S. US Hwy 25E, Barbourville, KY Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST., closed 12:00 to 1:00 for lunch. Deadline for bid submission is Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m., at which time bids will be opened. The City of Barbourville reserves the right to reject any, and all bids. The City shall award the bid to the lowest, responsive and responsible bidder based on the best value.
