Dr. Thomas Walker Chapter DAR honors local law enforcement
Patriot’s Day is a day when we remember those who are patriots of our great United States. Patriots, such as our law enforcement officers, render aid whenever called upon. Therefore, annually the Dr. Thomas Walker Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution show a small token of appreciation to the Post 10 Kentucky State Police, the Knox County Sheriff and deputies, and the Barbourville City Police. Daughters make and deliver goodies for them to have a sweet treat! Help us to support, and appreciate, and pray for our local law enforcement groups not only on Patriot’s Day but everyday.
