Grand Jury returns indictments

The following indictments were returned by the Knox County Grand Jury on Friday, September 27, 2024:

Christopher Lawerence Gilbert, Tazewell, TN, one count of receiving stolen property of the value of $10,000 or more.

Justin Tye Baker, Girdler, one count of second degree assault, one count of second degree persistent felony offender.

Evelyn Patterson, Barbourville, one count of theft by unlawful taking of the value of $10,000 or more but less than $1,000,000.

Justin Eric Vaughn, Barbourville, one count of theft by unlawful taking of the value of $10,000 or more but less than $1,000,000.

Joshua Coty Davis, Flat Lick, one count of theft by unlawful taking of the value of $10,000 or more but less than $1,000,000, one count of second degree persistent felony offender.

Arthur Dewayne Vaughn, Barbourville, one count of first degree assault, one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants first offense, one count of second degree persistent felony offender.

Beatrice Teresa Isacc, Barbourville, one count of first degree arson, one count of first degree wanton endangerment, one count of fraudulent insurance acts over $10,000 or more but less than $1,000,000.

Ann Slone, Barbourville, one count of first degree arson, one count of first degree wanton endangerment, one count of fraudulent insurance acts over $10,000 or more but less than $1,000,000.

Steven Wayne Helton, Corbin, one count of first degree bail jumping, one count of first degree persistent felony offender.

James Rondal Dozier, Gray, four counts of first degree sexual abuse.
