Knox Grand Jury returns October 2024 indictments

The Knox County Grand Jury handed down the following indictments on Friday, October 25, 2024:
Amanda McAdams, Barbourville, one count of engaging in organized crime by criminal sydication to traffic in a controlled substance, one count of second degree conspiracy to traffic in a controlled substance first offense, one count of first degree conspiracy to promote contraband, one count of second degree trafficking in a controlled substance first offense, one count of first degree promoting contraband.
George Derrick McAdams, Barbourville, Barbourville, one count of engaging in organized crime by criminal sydication to traffic in a controlled substance, one count of second degree conspiracy to traffic in a controlled substance first offense, one count of first degree conspiracy to promote contraband, one count of second degree trafficking in a controlled substance first offense, one count of first degree promoting contraband, one count of first degree persistent felony offender.
Ted Ray Davis, Barbourville, Barbourville, one count of engaging in organized crime by criminal sydication to traffic in a controlled substance, one count of second degree conspiracy to traffic in a controlled substance first offense, one count of first degree conspiracy to promote contraband, one count of first degree persistent felony offender.

David Allen Boggs, Corbin, one count of theft by unlawful taking of the value of $10,000 or more but less than $1,000,000, thirteen counts of theft by mail matter, one count of third degree fleeing or evading police, one count of resisting arrest, one count of menacing, one count of first degree persistent felony offender.
Terry Wayne Blevens, Gray, one count of first degree rape, one count of first degree sodomy, one count of first degree sexual abuse, one count of persistent felony offender.
