Obituary - Tristan Burroughs
Tristan Alric Burroughs was born to Brian and Wendi Burroughs on 03-17-2010. He tragically departed from his fleshly existence on 11-09-2024.
Tristan is survived by his Dad, Brian, Mom, Wendi, Brother, Austin and Sisters, Fallon and Autumn Burroughs, his Grandparents, Steve and Diane Bicek, Leonard and Winola Wood and many Uncles, Aunts, Cousins and Nephew.
Tristan never met a stranger. His laughter and smile would brighten our day. He was a fantastic storyteller and had a love for theatrics. Tristan had the ability to memorize verses and poetry, his favorite verses was Psalms 91, the entire chapter. He was an avid gamer and could beat his Dad at everything he played. Tristan was especially fond of Rome Total War, which he began playing sitting on his Dad’s lap. He resonated with Fall Out 4’s acronym. S.P.E.C.I.A.L. Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility and Luck and would quote it often to us when he felt we “ leveled up” in one or more of the categories.
Even though his time here was short, the impact that he had has been profound. The Yoke of this fallen world has been shed from him and replaced with our Father’s Shalom. We will miss you with every fiber of our being, but we hold fast to the promise of the Good News and the knowing that we will meet again.
Funeral services for Tristan will be held on Sunday, November 17, 2024 at 12:00 noon in the Hampton-Hutton Funeral Home Chapel. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday evening November 13th from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
