Obituary - Clara Hendrickson

Mrs. Clara Jane Hendrickson, age 69 of Gray, Kentucky, departed this life on Friday, November 22, 2024 in the Baptist Health Hospital in Corbin. She was the wife of J.C. Hendrickson and the daughter of James C. Hutton and Eliza Smith Hutton. She was born on December 7, 1954 in Indiana.

      She is preceded in death by her parents, one son, Jeffrey Allen Hendrickson and three brothers Paul, Chester and James Hutton.

      Left behind to mourn her passing, her husband, J.C. Hendrickson, two sons, Robert Hendrickson,  Tony Hendrickson,( Dominick Traina), grandchildren, Jacob Hendrickson and Rachel Hendrickson, along with many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

      Clara loved her animals. She enjoyed playing on the internet, playing cards, flower gardening and taking trips to Florida. She was an avid story teller passing along history and memories of her family history. 

      Funeral services for Mrs. Clara Jane Hendrickson will be conducted on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 12:00 noon in the Hampton-Hutton Funeral Home with Rev. Darrell Warren and Rev. David Johnson officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Hendrickson Cemetery with Pallbearers being family and friends.

      Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday evening, November 25th from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m.
