In accordance with 405 KAR 8:010, notice is hereby given that Remcoal, Inc., PO Box 761, Williamsburg, KY 40769 intends to transfer permit number 861-0570 to Phelps Energy and Resources 2, LLC., 888 Hollybush Branch Rd., Premium, Kentucky 41845. The new permit number will be 861-0586. The operation disturbs 5.2 Acres and underlies 0 acres. No new acreage is affected by this transfer.

The operation is located 0.3 miles Southwest of Bryants Store, Knox County, Kentucky. All comments, objections, or requests for a permit conference must be received wtihin fifteen (15) days of today’s date.
