March, program honoring Dr. King canceled due to weather

The Barbourville Women of Vision Club has announced the difficult decision to cancel the march and program honoring the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. scheduled for Monday, January 20 on the campus of Union Commonwealth University. This year’s program was slated to be return of the event after several years due to the COVID pandemic and circumstances since.
Weather conditions and frigid temperatures have been forecast for region beginning Sunday and lasting into the week.
