Chamber meeting attendees hear from Park Manager; 3D printed housing
The Knox County Chamber of Commerce’s monthly meeting was brief yet informative. The regular monthly meeting took place on the campus of Union Commonwealth University on Tuesday, May 27.
The planned speaker from the Knox County Public Schools was unable to attend, so Keith Bowling, park manager of the Dr. Thomas Walker State Historic Site, delivered an educational and humorous speech for attendees.
Travis McQueen, Campus Director of Somerset Community College’s Laurel Campus, shared that the world’s largest 3D printer will soon be 3D printing a house in concrete in Kentucky. More details about this event will be provided in upcoming articles.
A healthy Knox County requires great community news.
