The Barbourville Independent Schools Local Planning Committee will hold a Regular Local Planning Committee Meeting on Thursday, November 2, 2023 at the Barbourville Independent School Board Office, 140 School St., Barbourville, KY 40906 at 5:30 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss an amendment to the 2021 District Facilities Plan.
