Lt. Governor Coleman speaks at SKCTC

Lt. Governor Jacqueline Coleman was in Knox County on Thursday, October 10 serving as guest keynote speaker for Pathways to Promise.

The program took place at Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College in partnership with Partners for Rural Impact.
