Winterfest at Barbourville City School

As the Christmas season quickly approaches, Barbourville City School held its annual Winter Fest with students, staff, family and friends all in attendance for the celebration.

The event kicked off with the 2024 Queen and King celebration.

Those in attendance for the celebration included preschoolers Carsyn Bruce, Carter Mills, Mia Powers, and Hagen Adams.

Kindergartners Harper Mayer, Knox Asher, Adaline Jones, Henry Brown, Adrianna Mills, and Josiah Dozier.

First graders Audrey Shields, Colton Gambrel, Addilyn Jo Smith, Oakley Mills, Amara Helton, and Hunter West.

Second graders Nevaeh Robinson, Peyton Cannon, June Smith, and Tobiah Broughton.

Third graders Hsrlee Hickok, Remmington Stamper, Aubree Callebs, Maddox Rose, Mallory Messer, and Evan Barrett.

Fourth graders Kinsley Cecil, Hudson Butler, Demi Buchanan, and Jase Lake.

Fifth graders Jesslyn Messer, Raiden Hudson, Bella Patterson, and Bennett Greenwell.

Afterwards, family and friends were treated to a Christmas presentation from each class which included holiday themes, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, The Polar Express, The Christmas Story, The Grinch, Home Alone and The Nutcracker.
