Obituary - Kenneth Randall “Rabbit” Foley

Mr. Kenneth Randall “Rabbit” Foley, 76, of Barbourville, passed away Saturday afternoon, June 14, 2025 at his home. He was born August 1, 1948 in Knox County, the son of the late Joe W. and Edna Bunch Foley.
Randall was a former self-employed construction worker and a believer in the Baptist faith. He enjoyed being out of doors and working on his farm. Randall also enjoyed talking with his friends in town and loved caring for his pet cats. He faithfully served in the United States Air Force.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Bridget Foley and a brother and sister-in-law, E. J. and Drucilla Foley.
Survivors include a niece, Michelle Turner and husband, Dan, of Cincinnati, OH; a nephew, Elbert Foley and wife, Melanie, of Richmond; two great nieces, Megan Baker and husband, Austin, and Lauren Foley all of Richmond; a great nephew, Danny Turner of Cincinnati, OH; among other loved ones and dear friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be held in the chapel of the Knox Funeral Home Saturday, July 12 after 1 P.M. with a memorial service following at 2 P.M. Inurnment will be in the Barbourville Cemetery.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Knox Funeral Home.
