The latest artchitect’s rendering of the proposed new home for the Knox County Public Library is pictured above. A groundbreaking is scheduled for Spring 2024, with an estimated construction timeline of about 18 months. The new facility will be located at the corner of Daniel Boone Drive and Cumberland Avenue, in the location of the former Mexican restaurant and old Rite Aid store.
